Stewardship day at War Bluff Valley Sanctuary, in Pope County north of Gloconda, Illinois. Help maintain trails, grounds, nesting boxes, other structures, remove invasive/exotic plants, etc.
Stewardship Day at War Bluff is each month on second Saturday.
War Bluff Valley Sanctuary is owned by Illinois Audubon, managed by the Shawnee Chapter.

Directions from Golconda, follow State Route 146 north about 3 miles to Bushwack Road. Look for brown binocular Wildlife Viewing sign just before & opposite the road. Turn left/west & follow Bushwack Road about 2.2 miles to entrance.
