Illinois State Park Lodges
Whether your preference is a hotel room with a view of Lake Michigan, a cabin in the Shawnee National Forest or a historic Lodge room just a short hike from a waterfall in a magnificent, glacier carved canyon a visit to one or all of Illinois' eight State Park Lodges is a must. There you will find comfortable overnight accommodations, fine dining spots, gift shops and recreational opportunities abound. Four of the Lodges, built in the 1930's by the Civilian Conservation Corps, are listed on the National Historic Register and the other four are more modern facilities. We hope you enjoy your stay.
