Overview:
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (DNR) seeks to contract with a Vendor that shall provide and install all components and make all site improvements (including sidewalk, parking and signage) necessary for the construction of DNR's standard accessible concrete block vault toilet building.  Additionally, the contractor will decommission the two remaining concrete vaults which may require water to be removed.

A mandatory vendor conference will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Big River State Forest Office, Keithsburg, IL.  See Section 1.2 of the attached Solicitation document.

Vendor must be registered as a small business as required by the Illinois Small Business Set-Aside Program.
