This Addendum includes responses to vendor questions and required modifications to the solicitation document. Please see the attached documents.

The due date is extended to 2:00 p.m CST, May 22, 2013.

Any additional questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the solicitation contact by 5:00 p.m. CST, May 3, 2013.

Responses to these questions shall be posted no later than May 10, 2013. Vendors are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the attached documents. Questions and responses previously provided will not be re-stated or repeated.
