Duck and Goose Permit Inquiry System: First lottery results are now available.
Second Lottery: August 31 - September 13, for those unsuccessful in the 1st lottery, resident that did not apply and first time non-residents may apply
Third Lottery: September 14 - 27, for anyone to apply for either their first or second permits
Phone-in period begins October 4 where anyone may call 217-524-6514 (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday) to apply for up to three more permits for those who have already received two permits, or four more permits for those who have received on permit, and five permits for those who have not received any permits. A total of five duck and five goose permits may be issued, subject to availability. If you are awarded a permit you must use the inquiry system above to print your permit.
