Description: 
This University of Illinois Extension program educates and trains adult volunteers so they are better equipped to share natural resource information with others in their communities; and to assist with environmental conservation and restoration activites. 

Qualifications:  anyone 18 or older, willing to devote time to volunteering and to continuing education.

Training is each Thursday beginning February 21 through May 9.

Fee:  $250.00.  Includes all materials for training.

*** Option of obtaining college credit through Shawnee Community College (618-634-3200).  Just register for Field Biology (Bio 214) and pay the additional credit hour fee to the college.
