Dr. Stephen McBride, Director of Interpretation and Archaeology, Camp Nelson Civil War Heritage Park, Nicholasville, Kentucky, will present "Archaeology of Camp Nelson, Kentucky: A Large U.S. Civil War Depot and Recruitment Center." Lecture will be held in the Illinois State Museum's Thorne Deuel Auditorium, 502 S. Spring Street in Springfield. Free and open to the public.
