First Annual Shawnee Summer Environmental Educator Institute, a dynamic, fun workshop which will provide engaging yet practical classroom tools, CPDU's and also valuable experiences that enrich your professional development.
This event incorporates a sampling of some of the leading environmental education curricula and programs; Project Learning Tree, Leopold Education Project, Food, Land and People, and more, coupled with an outstanding experience in the outdoors in the heart of the Shawnee National Forest.
This is not just for the classroom teacher but great for anyone who works with youth and is seeking new activities and programs to help connect them with nature.
