Description: 
The phone-in period begins October 4 for anyone to call 217-524-6514 (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday) to apply for up to 3 more permits (for those who have already received 2 permits), or 4 more permits (for those who have received 1 permit), or 5 permits (for those who have not received any permits). A total of 5 duck and 5 goose permits may be issued, subject to availability.
