Description: 
There are more than 45 species of dragonflies in southern Illinois.  Join naturalists, Martha and John Schwegman, to learn about these winged wonders.   Via slide show with pictures the Schwegmans took they will tell of the dragonfly life cycle, fight abilities and behaviors.

After the indoor program, take a hike with net in hand to Egret Slough, behind the Wetlands Center, to observe, capture and identify dragonflies.
