Come talk turkey as we study our avian neighbors and their habits through bird-related witticisms. Targeted to educators of grades prekindergarten through six, you'll be wise as an owl after you've participated in the discussions, activities and field session. The many resources provided will make you happy as a lark! This workshop is part of the ENTICE (Environment and Nature Training Institute for Conservation Education) workshop series from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Continuing Professional Development Units are available. Teachers of other grade levels are welcome to register and attend the workshop but may need to adapt the information, as appropriate.
